Mishandling of TDS by Techni Exponent ( T-Web Exponent Pvt. Ltd )

I feel compelled to share a troubling experience that raises serious concerns about transparency and financial ethics. A company i worked with deducted TDS from my payments, which under Indian tax law, they are obligated to deposit with the government and issue the relevant TDS certificate ( Form 16A ).
However:
-The TDS amount is missing from my Form 27AS.
-No Form 16A has been provided (Till 11/09/2025).
-Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, there has been no response from the company.
So, genuine question:Where did you use my TDS money?
This isn't just a minor accounting oversight, it reflects a serious lapse in compliance and professional responsibility. As per law, deducting TDS without depositing it is a punishable offense.
If you are working with this company, or considering it, I urge you to proceed with caution, especially when it comes to financial dealings.

It's unfortunate when professionals are forced to chase what is rightfully their's. I sincerely hope the company chooses to address this transparency and ethically.
